These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between Jorvellin Boutique Hospitality (Pty) Ltd (Proprietary Limited (Pty) Ltd), trading as Jorvellin ("Jorvellin", "we", "us", "our"), and any person ("you", "guest", "user") who visits or uses the website at jorvellin.com (the "Site"), submits an enquiry through our contact form, subscribes to our email list, or otherwise engages with us electronically prior to concluding a separate booking or accommodation agreement.
